The vegan/vegetarian hot spot, just one block from your 1213 Walnut apartment, recently transformed its fall/winter bar menu—full of warm drinks and even take-home blankets—to a spring/summer selection. The shift includes 15 new cocktails, all handcrafted using fresh ingredients and lots of spring and summer flavors.

Here are just a few of the standout sips:

• Untold Story: sundew tea infused white rum, passion fruit, lemon, fresno chili and soda
• Pink Moon: champagne, vodka, strawberry fennel shrub and lime
• Metamorphosis: butterfly pea flower infused gin, elderflower liqueur, egg white, grapefruit, lemon
• One Night in Bangkok: peanut butter washed bourbon, coconut milk, cucumber, ginger, lime, fresno chili
• Road Less Traveled: bourbon, housemade tangerine marmalade, nonino amaro, lillet rouge and cherry bitters

The cocktails pair nicely with any of Charlie’s snacks and small plates: artichoke frites, spiced peanuts, Mediterranean board, avocado toast. If you want to save some dough, swing by for lunch from noon-3 p.m. weekdays for a sandwich and side for just $16.50—and wash it down with one of the new cocktails!
